Andrew Frost

Andrew is the Head of the JLL Residential business both in the UK (330 people) and the EMEA region operating in seven countries. 

The EMEA Residential businesses incorporate market leading teams across a full suite of residential services from land and regeneration, to development consultancy, valuation and affordable housing advisory, residential capital markets including funding and residential investment, and sales agency. 

Andrew helped to establish a Residential funding capability with an expert team in sourcing and structuring finance, and the Residential investment team to support the fast growing Private Rented /Multi-family sector in the UK.  In 2014 he led the acquisition of W.A. Ellis, a prime central London agency, now branded as JLL. 

Andrew participates in a number of think tanks on the Residential market and is engaged closely in the further expansion of the residential business for JLL across Europe.  This has involved various organic growth initiatives, enhanced by three acquisitions in the last two years.

Andrew is also a Member of UK Board, managing the business throughout JLL’s UK office network with Board oversight for Residential and Retail business lines as well as a member of the UK Executive committee.  He was appointed to the EMEA Strategy Board in 2017.
