Peter has over 20 years’ experience and in-depth market knowledge of the residential development and investment markets and is recognised as a pioneer and a market leader in the international project marketing of residential property to Asia Pacific region, where he has been working within these markets for 18 years.
Peter is responsible for international marketing where he provides strategic marketing and development consultancy advice on all aspects relating to international project marketing. He takes a proactive approach and leading role regularly traveling to the Asia Pacific region including, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore and the Middle East to include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar.
In 2011 and 2012 the team sold over £4 billion of London residential property with sales to date by the end of the first quarter of 2013 exceeding £1billion. Major clients include Ballymore, Battersea Power Station Development Company, Berkeley, British Land, European Land, Galliard, Heron International, Orion Capital, St Edwards, St George and St James.
