The development of the site to create 77 new build high quality residential apartments with and integrated leisure complex. The complexity of the project and the site includes building over an existing LUL tunnel.
JLL are instructed to provide project and cost management of the development process. We have been centrally involved in the complex negotiations with the Council, leading to the addition of a school in the scheme as part of the s106 works.
Our work has helped the client to appraise the best options for the site, work closely with the Local Authority to both maximise the development and to obtain approval for the scheme. The project is on track.
