The project involves a 210 acre brownfield site within a London Borough, master planned to deliver 5,000 homes and mixed use areas to facilitate employment. The delivery of this high quality mixed use scheme will involve the public and private sector working alongside one another in a formal joint venture.
JLL have been appointed for land assembly and negotiations with central government GLA to secure housing zone funding and support for infrastructure, including a new platform and railway upgrades on site required to facilitate 8 trains per hour.

To undertake all tasks required to acquire 210 acres of land from various private landowners including valuations and negotiation of the legal process, along with managing all consultants needed to prepare the opportunity to secure a joint venture partner.
