Project: Reshaping White City
Client: BBC, Marks & Spencer, Aviva and Lattice Pension Fund
We worked with key stakeholders to develop a planning policy framework and masterplan to regenerate 43 acres for 5,000 new homes and substantial mixed-use development. We have submitted planning applications for several landholdings, including for Imperial College London and for Aviva and Helical Bar, coordinating the professional teams and undertaking pre-application discussions and community consultations. We have secured resolutions to grant planning permission for over 200,000 sq ft of commercial space and over 1,150 new homes, and full planning permission for a mixed use scheme of 1 million sq ft including 600 student units, hotel, retail, offices, residential and research/development facilities for Imperial College, Phase 1 of which opened in 2012.
