Our unique approach is defined by our ability to act proactively and see opportunities where others can’t. We approach landowners directly, harnessing off-market land, and regularly speak with our existing clients to establish if there have been any changes to their own portfolios. Once a site has been identified we are with our clients every step of the way, whether they are established or operating in relatively new markets such as PRS. We are able to confidently act on their behalf throughout the bidding process drawing on the specialist sector knowledge within the rest of JLL. We work as 'one team' across several JLL disciplines including planning, affordable housing, development consultancy and funding to deliver value every step of the way.
