The JLL Residential Agency business is delighted to announce its success at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards [in conjunction with The Times and Sunday Times] held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Friday 20th June, where the team won the silver award for Best Medium Agency in London.
According to the Judges report , the panel were very impressed at the level of service offered by the residential lettings arm. With 70% of the agency’s landlords based overseas, the Judges praised JLL on its efforts to retain a face-to-face presence by relocating one of its employees to Hong Kong. The Judges commented: “JLL’s service levels have led to high retention of both landlords and tenants, and repeat tenants are offered discounted fees to incentivise them further to stay with this agency.
“The team is a happy one, and it has never lost a member of staff to a competitor. Use of technology is thoughtful and the systems used are strong and proven. The director believes the team works hard to be adaptable and fluid so they can react to changes and issues with a minimum of fuss, and there are numerous examples of added value transactions and upselling such as tenants who have become landlords and use JLL to manage their properties.”
Charlotte Malone, Associate Director of Residential for Canary Wharf, comments: “We are delighted with our success at this year’s Lettings Agency of the Year Awards. It’s our first time entering, so to go home with a silver award for Best Medium Agency in London was fantastic. This recognition only further demonstrates our commitment to the lettings industry, where we will continue to deliver a service above and beyond expectations.”
