Our experienced team provides comprehensive affordable housing advice and development support to landowners, housebuilders, developers, investors and Registered Providers.

We add value to the development planning process, advising on optimal affordable housing unit and tenure mix, the location of affordable housing in new developments, and how best to integrate it. This includes sensitivity modelling of unit mixes and tenures to ensure best value.

The team provides comprehensive and up to date advice, at a local level, on current planning policy in relation to affordable housing, Strategic Housing Market Assessments (SHMAs), and housing need and demand. We are experienced at negotiating S106 Planning Agreements and Nominations Agreements with local authorities.

We act for housebuilders and developers in the agency sale of S106 affordable housing packages, advising on the choice of Registered Provider partners and forming productive partnerships that deliver value into the future.

The Prime Central London sales market is recovering some poise. The lower-end of the market is picking up and is seeing some price rises. The upper-end of the market, while some prices continue to adjust down, is seeing higher transaction volumes. The Prime Central London lettings market is also in recovery mode.
