South East London

South East London is set to undergo an even faster rate of change over the next decade than it has in the last. Residential development, as well as considerable placemaking, will be instrumental to this change.

 

 

With more than 35,000 homes in the planning pipeline, significant and even faster change for South East London is on its way. As a result of the ongoing transformation, as well as the pricing advantage compared with many areas of London, we expect residential prices and rents to grow at a faster rate over the next five years relative to much of Greater London.
