Development and investment valuation
We have a dedicated team of valuers specialising in the valuation of residential led, mixed use development sites, PRS portfolios, multifamily/build to rent and coliving assets across the UK.
Our development and investment valuers work closely with other Living Advisory business lines, including Affordable Housing, Healthcare and Student Housing, to deliver advice on a variety of complex, multi-tenure assets. This includes properties at all stages in the development lifecycle including sites with planning potential for alternative uses, sites with planning permission, part-built schemes and completed developments.
Our strong links to Living Development and Investment business lines such as land, agency, funding, investment and overseas sales means our understanding of the build for sale and build to rent investment markets is second to none, and based on a wealth of live market intelligence and experience.
Our UK multifamily/build to rent and coliving specialists provide detailed and reasoned valuation advice on forward funds, forward commitments, and operational assets, drawing on the experience and data held by our BTR Management and Living Capital Markets arms and framed by exceptional national, regional and local market knowledge. Similarly, with our national and regional coverage we are well placed to advise on PRS portfolios across the country.
Residential Building Consultancy
The team provides building surveying and project services to all residential sectors and providers including institutional and private investors. We have national reach and local expertise providing our services to clients across the UK through our office network.
