The following terms and conditions apply to the incentive offered as part of the JLL Christmas Campaign 2023. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. To be eligible for this incentive, you must be a registered participant of the JLL Christmas Campaign 2023.
2.The incentive is applicable to all reservations made between the dates of 13th December 2023 and 31st January 2024.
3. The incentive comprises of 2 nights stay at Art hotel + dinner at Joi of which there are three incentives available, which will be provided to the purchaser upon exchange of contracts by February to qualify.
4. Battersea Project Land Company Ltd is solely responsible for providing the incentive. JLL is not liable for any issues or disputes arising out of the provision of the incentive.
5. The voucher is valid for use in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Battersea Project Land Company Ltd. Any additional terms and conditions related to the voucher will be communicated by Battersea Project Land Company Ltd directly to the purchaser.
6. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
