The following terms and conditions apply to the Incentive (as defined below) offered by BL CW Developments Plot A1 Limited (“us” and “our”) as part of the JLL Christmas Campaign 2023. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. To be eligible for the Incentive, you must be a registered participant of the JLL Christmas Campaign 2023 and must not be:
(a) employees of the us or our holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of us or our holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the campaign or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
2. The Incentive may be claimed by the purchaser of an apartment at ‘The Founding’, Canada Water (an “Apartment”) for which a reservation is made between the dates of 13th December 2023 and 31st January 2024, who will become eligible for the Incentive on the later of the exchange of contracts for the Apartment and the payment of the deposit for the Apartment.
3. The Incentive comprises of 2 ‘A-Line’ or equivalent type folding Brompton Bikes (the “Incentive”) which will be provided to the purchaser following the exchange of contracts and payment of the deposit for the Apartment or at our discretion following legal completion of the Apartment sale. Only one Incentive may be claimed per Apartment purchased.
4. We are solely responsible for providing the Incentive. JLL is not liable for any issues or disputes arising out of the provision of the Incentive.
5. The Incentive is valid in accordance with any existing reservation terms and conditions specified by us or our holding or subsidiary companies. Any additional terms and conditions related to the Incentive will be communicated by us or our holding or subsidiary companies directly to the purchaser.
6. The Incentive is subject to availability, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
7. You will have 6 weeks from the date that you are asked by us to collect the Incentive to collect the Incentive from a location specified by us in London. If you do not collect the Incentive by this date, your claim to the Incentive will become invalid. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to collect the Incentive. The Incentive may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
8. Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents and our distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Incentive except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of our or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. We will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.britishland.com/privacy-notice. JLL's privacy policy also applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Incentive. By participating in the JLL Christmas Campaign 2023, you acknowledge and agree to JLL's privacy policy and our privacy policy.
10. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from the Incentive.
11. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend our offer of the Incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
