The 2025 JLL Buyers and Tenants Survey is in it’s fourth year, assessing views on market sentiment, living priorities and attitudes towards more energy efficient homes.
Over the past four years, we have monitored changes in the ways residents live, most of whom are based in urban areas. Proximity to public transport, broadband speed and energy efficiency and running costs of a home, remain the most important aspects.
The implications of climate change are impacting all aspects of our lives, including our homes. In response, our more recent surveys have included questions to reflect the challenges the changing environment is presenting on our homes and where we live.
