JLL sponsors Mayfair’s Mount Street Garden Party
JLL’s Mayfair & Marylebone Residential Agency team celebrate the start of Summer as headline sponsors of Mount Street Garden Party
June, 2023 - On 15th June, the JLL Mayfair & Marylebone Residential Agency team sponsored the Residents’ Society of Mayfair & St James’s Summer Garden Party in Mount Street Gardens, W1.
The team were proud to be the headline sponsors of the event which attracted over 500 attendees on a sunny Summer evening. This was JLL’s first time sponsoring the annual event that welcomes local residents and businesses.
Alongside JLL were food and beverage sponsors including the extremely well-established, Dorchester hotel, The Connaught, Claridge’s, The East India Company amongst many others, which all served up delicious tasting samples of their food and drink menus for everybody attending to enjoy.
The timing of this event coincided nicely with the upcoming opening of JLL’s Mayfair and Marylebone Agency office, due to open later this Summer. The team are currently based out of JLL’s Warwick Street office which is headed up by Shereen Akhtar as director of sales. Shereen has worked in the prime central London property market for over ten years and is an expert on the area. JLL’s Mayfair & Marylebone lettings service is headed up by area director Neil Short, who has over twenty years’ experience in property rentals.
JLL’s Mayfair premises will also accommodate its private office, under director Mohamed Zaghloul. Working across prime central London, the private office provides a 360-degree bespoke advisory service including a tailor-made, turnkey service to high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth family offices and investors.
The team are already actively advising high net worth clients, estate/portfolio clients and long-standing clients on their properties across Mayfair and Marylebone.
