For our latest JLL Tenant Survey, we asked our tenants a series of questions to help us identify trends and patterns in lifestyle preferences, market sentiment and topically, attitudes towards energy efficiency.
The survey findings paint a detailed picture of today’s tenants, including how often they move and what motivates them to up sticks and head elsewhere. Our survey also shows how tenants have become more focused on the energy efficiency of their homes as the cost of living pressure continues to bite. And finally, working from home trends we saw during the pandemic continue to influence tenants’ priorities, although we have seen an increase in people returning to the office over the past year.
What tenants are looking for in their homes is changing, with convenience and the local neighbourhood more important than ever.
