The year was certainly not an easy one for much of the UK housing market, with surging mortgage rates, flattening house prices and sky-high rents affecting many households.

However, as you’ll see from our report, which takes figures from our quarterly JLL Prime Central London Index as well as wider economic activity, the close of the year offered a glimmer of hope in many ways, particularly for the PCL property sector.
